I’m not disagreeing, i’m only saying that I, as an American, find this new style for the BMW unpleasant, and rather boxy. I loved how BMW before had an originally sleek design.

Sorry if I offended you. But you`ve got to agree that`s how it is, it`s a BWM designed for americans.

Don’t generalize all Americans you tool. I don’t find this the most appealing BMW at all, and i’m American.

In my opinion I think the 5 series before this was way better looking.

top gear is right, it has been overly complicated. why would you want to fold down the back seats without a truly flat floor? and why would you want a two-stage trunk opener? that bottom trunk thing looks ridiculous.

pointless car, give me a 535 wagon anyday.

Oh, for Gods sake. That`s one of the ugliest cars I have ever seen. This Chris Bangle guy transformed BMW`s beautiful, discrete, elegant design into a big, chunky-style design …which would make the americans happy.

This car is HIDEOUS! Chris Bangle bungled BMW yet again, i keep hope for a reform to the ‘02 and E30 days But it seems have gone to the point of no return, Not only do they all now look like shit, have you seen the 7, it is an abomination of car design. My mother had an E21 316i euro spec. What a beautiful little car, and gutsy with a feel of military precision and bulletproof quality. The E24 is another graceful yet definitely German Car. This is where things have gone awry, American influence.
