The car with the V4 would have to be old since there hasn’t been a new car sold with a V4 in decades. Today’s four cylinder cars are almost always inline fours, although Subaru makes a boxer 4.
That said, it depends on the car and the coverage you require, but figure on 20% and you’ll be in the ballpark.
EDIT – a Dodge Durango with a four? No such thing, they are either V6 or V8. And remember – there is no V4 in the automotive/truck world. The only way you will get accurate numbers to this question is to call an insurance company/agency and tell them what you’re looking at, where you live, etc, and get quotes.

My dad does. LOL He has a Sunbeam Tiger, a 1953 Mercury pickup truck, and a 1952 MGTD. I think I got all those names right…XD He used to own an old Mercedes, but it wasn’t an expensive one, I’m pretty sure.
